SDW Recruitment aim to interview all of our candidates personally before forwarding their applications to clients. If for any reason we are unable to interview the candidate face to face, we will hold an in-depth telephone interview.
All CVs will be forwarded to you for your perusal, we will not arrange any further introductions until we receive your go ahead. Once you have informed us of any candidates you wish to interview we will arrange all the details with the candidate on your behalf, ensuring the candidate is fully prepared, for example providing them with your website address and as much information as possible regarding your company and the position they are applying for.
